What are the hotel Check-in / Check out an opening hours ?

The hotel is open 24/24. Check-in is from 1pm and rooms must be vacated by noon.
You can leave your luggage at the Reception

Can I check-out late ?

If you want to book a late check-out in advance, we will charge you for one night because we will not be able to rent the room. If this question arises during your stay, please contact reception. It will depend on the rooms available.

Is the breakfast included?

Breakfast is extra (except for special offers). The price is 13 Euros per person.

Is the hotel accesible to people with reduced mobility?

Our hotel is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, but it does have a lift. Please do not hesitate to call the hotel for more information.

Are pets admitted in your hotel?

Yes they are (well educated…)

Does the hotel has a restaurant?

No but we will give you excellent adresses in the area and we will help you for reservations.

Are you abble to provide gluten free breakfasts?

We have no gluten-free Menu. But we can have gluten free bread for you. Please ask when reserving.

Is it possible to leave luggage at the hotel before arrival and after departure?

Of course, we can keep your luggage at the reception.

Does the hotel have a car park?

No, we do not have a car park. We have 3 car park close by (3 and 5 mn walking distance) and very easable to reach.

Can I request a specific room number, a room with a balcony?

We cannot guarantee a room number or a balcony room. However, inform us of your preference and we will do our best to satisfy your request.

How can I specify a special request?

In the ‘Comments’ of the booking engine when you fill your reservation. We will do everything we can to fulfil your request.

How can I cancell or modify my booking?

The conditions of cancellation and modification are specified on your booking confirmation. Please do not hesitate to contact the hotel to clarify this point. However, you can cancel or modify your reservation by clicking on the link provided for this purpose on your confirmation.

Can I anticipate my departure during my stay?

We ask you to inform us of your anticipated departure as soon as you can and at the latest 48 hours in advance in order to be abble to rent your room. After this time, we will have to charge the amount of one night.

Visa, Mastercard and Amemerican Express.

Does the hotel has rooms for smokers?

No, the hotel is entirely non-smoking.

Is there a hotel lift in the hotel?

Yes and deserving our 6 floors and the breakfast room level -1.

Are all rooms equiped with a safe?

Yes, there is a small safe deposit box in all the rooms.
We have also a safe at the reception

Is there a TV in the room? With foreign channels?

There is a TV in all rooms. With English Information channels (BBC World News, CNN International, DW, NHK World, RTL Austria).

Do all rooms have air-conditionning?

All our rooms, as the reception and the breakfast rooms are air-conditioned.

Are the rooms large?

Our hotel is a 3 star hotel in an old Parisian building. This type of ancient architecture, although very charming, implies small rooms sizes.
However, our rooms front-side are larger than the rooms rear-side.

Is there a direct telephone in the room?

You can make calls from your room by dialling 0 and then the number. )

I am travelling with a child. Can I ask for a baby bed?

We have a baby bed for infants under the age of two available for your room (no charge) Above that age, the child will occupy a regular bed. We have no triple rooms. You will need to reserve a second room for your child. We have 3 rooms per floor. We will do our best for rooms on the same floor.

Is it possible to have an extra bed in the room?

All our rooms are double occupancy, we cannot provide any extra beds.

Can I benefit from an airport service?

We will be happy to book an airport shuttle for you. However, we do not have a shuttle service for train stations nor from the airports. Reception will be pleased to book for you or to advise you on the chosen means of transport.

What is the price of a taxi for the airport?

Count 55 euros for CDG airport. From Orly Airport it is 32 euros.

What is the nearest metro station from the hotel?

Metro sations « Hôtel de Ville » and « Saint-Paul » are 5 mn walking
